The American Heart Investment Group (AHIG) is dedicated to supporting leading regional hospitals, medical centers, and specialized medical institutions that provide access to healthcare for high-need populations. In response to the growing shortage of healthcare professionals necessary to meet the country’s evolving healthcare demands, the Foundations fund programs aimed at enhancing skills and increasing the number of practitioners and educators across various healthcare roles. Additionally, we support public health initiatives, medical research, and the development of young investigators to foster a broad and lasting impact on the nation’s health.
– Recently, 30% of total funding has been allocated to health initiatives.
– Organizations with budgets over $10 million have received 80% of the funding within the health sector.
